The new door and window wizard provides designers the flexibility to create custom doors and window frame/glass combinations. The wizard is available in the generic 2020 Design ROOM catalog that can be accessed with the Openings & Obstacles icon or with the Local Browser list.
To configure a door before placing it, follow these steps:
In the ROOM LAYOUT ribbon, click Openings and Obstacles.
In the Openings & Obstacles dialog box, double-click Doors.
Double-click Interior Doors or Entry Doors or any other available category.
Double-click Door Wizard.
Click in the placement zone of the wall where the door will be placed.
When the Attributes for DOOR dialog box opens, assign the door variables as they are presented, then click OK to place the door.
