Complete the following steps to add a window to your design:

In the ROOM LAYOUT ribbon, click Openings and Obstacles.

In the Openings & Obstacles dialog box, double-click Windows and then double-click PVC White or Wood.

Select a window subcategory and item and click Place.
Or,
To configure a window before placing it, double-click on Window Wizard.
Note: If you are adding this window to the Item List, the item is added with this symbol in the Type field to indicate it is a nonplan item. -
Click in the placement zone of the wall requiring a window.

In the Attributes dialog box, enter the Height and click OK.

If you no longer want to place this window, press the ESC key.
If you want to place the window, a small outline appears to indicate the center line of the window’s width. Use the Placement box as a guide and click to set the window's center position. Move the pointer left or right to the required width and click to set, or enter the width in the Placement box and press ENTER. -
If necessary, use the history of selections area in the Openings & Obstacles dialog box (where <Categories> appears) to make another selection, or click Close to close the dialog box.
