You can display/hide a placement zone on a wall or construction line. You can change the outline type and fill color, and display or hide available dimensions.
Complete the following steps to change the display settings of a placement zone:

Point to an empty area of the placement zone, right-click, and select Display Settings.
OR -
If the placement zone contains items, point to any item, right-click, and select Placement Zone, Display Settings. The Display Settings for Placement Zone dialog box opens.
You can display or hide the following dimensions in a Floor Plan:

Continuous base (length): dimensions of floor-mounted items.

Continuous intermediary (length): dimensions of items that are not floor-mounted nor wall-mounted.

Continuous wall (length): dimensions of wall-mounted items.

Continuous openings (length): dimensions of items such as windows, doors, wall cut-outs (all openings).

Continuous center (length): dimensions of all centered items
You can also display or hide the following vertical dimensions in Elevation view:
