With first level right click

Point to the wall that you want to extrude and right-click. In the pop-up menu, point to the Wall # and click Extrude.
An inside extrusion is created by default using the middle wall handle (red) with a depth of 24". The length of the extrusion equals 1/3 of the total wall length. -
To resize the extrusion (move it toward the outside, reduce/lengthen its depth or length), select the red handle of any wall of the extrusion and drag the wall to resize it.
Make sure the Link button is enabled (background is yellow) before you resize a section of an extrusion, or you will move the selected section only.
With Edit Wall Shape right click

Point to any wall/construction line, right-click, and select Edit Wall Shape.

Point to the inside or outside line of the wall where you want to create the extrusion, right-click, and select Extrude. A point appears on the selected line.

Move the point to the location where you want to start extruding and click to set the point.

To create an external extrusion, move the pointer toward the outside of the wall; to create an internal extrusion, move the pointer toward the inside of the wall.

To set the width and depth of the extrusion, look at the Length and Depth fields in the Placement box, move the pointer until you reach the desired length and depth, and click to set the extrusion.

To cancel your changes and exit the Edit Wall Shape mode, click Discard Changes in the Edit Shape ribbon.
To save your changes and exit the Edit Wall Shape mode, click Accept Changes in the Edit Shape ribbon.
