Move a wall

You can move a wall/construction line using either of the following methods:

With the Wall Handles

1. Select any wall/construction line to display the wall handles. If the Link mode is enabled and the selected wall is part of a group, all wall handles are displayed. Moving a wall while in Link mode affects the entire group layout, i.e., you will be resizing all of the walls in the group. You can also use the Edit Wall Shape, Stretch/Crop command on a group to resize walls.
   
   In the following figure, the Link button is disabled; therefore, the walls are not linked.
   
   
   
   

2. Select the middle wall handle (red) and drag the wall to the new position.
   
   

With the Right-click Move Command

1. Point to the wall that you want to move and right-click. In the pop-up menu, point to Wall # and select Move.
   
   

2. Move the wall to the new location and click to set the wall.
