The following columns can be displayed in the Parts tab of the Attributes dialog box. You can specify different column configurations for each Type of Display.
Complete the following steps to change the display configuration:

In the Type of Display list, select the display that you want to change.

Click the Column Configuration button.

In the Column Config dialog box, select the check boxes of the columns that you want to display in the list; clear the check boxes of the columns that you do not want to display.

Click OK.

If necessary, repeat steps 1 to 4 for the other types of displays that you want to customize.

Click Apply and then OK to close the Attributes dialog box.
Note: The User Code and Description (when selected) columns are fixed; that is, they remain in place as you scroll the list to the right.

Adj Width |

Config |
The number assigned to a particular section of the item’s structure. For example, a three-configuration tall cabinet may consist of a four-drawer bottom section, a microwave oven middle section, and a double-door top section. Configurations are usually numbered from the bottom up. |
Cost |
The cost as defined in the catalog or as supplied by a third-party manufacturer or partner. |
Cut to fit |
Whether cutting the component to fit the space available is allowed or not (0: No, 1: Yes). |
Depth/Thick |
The absolute depth or thickness of the component without considering the adjustments that may be required to assemble it with other components. |
Description |
The textual description of the component. |
Edge Code |
The code that identifies the type of edge. |
Face 1 Material |
The code that identifies the material used for the first face of the item or component. |
Face 2 Material |
The code that identifies the material used for the second face of the item or component. |
Grain |
The direction of the wood fibers (N: none, W: width, L: length). |
Height/Len |
The absolute height or length of the component without considering the adjustments that may be required to assemble it with other components. |
Kind |
A category of parts (Make: built by the cabinetmaker or manufacturer; Buy: bought from a third-party supplier and assembled with the cabinet; Hardware: a part that is not intrinsically considered an accessory). |
Mat Code |
The code identifying the material required to build the selected item. |
Note |
Free-form text pertaining to the component. You can click in the cell to add a comment that is specific to the selected component. |
Obj. Id |
Unique object identifier (for internal use). |
Price |
The price of the component from the catalog or obtained via a third-party supplier. |
Qty |
The total number of components of this type contained in the item. |
Subtype1 Subtype2 Subtype3 |
Optional description fields used by the manufacturer to uniquely identify items or to specify differentiating characteristics of a component. A base door style or a pull style, for example, could be defined as a subtype of a door. |
Width |
The absolute width of the component without considering the adjustments that may be required to assemble it with other components. |
