How to make an arched doorway

To make an arched doorway follow the steps below

For Design Users

1. Go to the Room catalog > Walls > Wall cut outs.
    
2. Select the half round or half oval cut out. 
    
3. Click on the wall required and set the dimensions in the Attributes window and click OK. 
    
4. Place this on the wall required and move it to the height required, by selecting Up/Down in the right click menu. 
    
5. Go to the Annotations toolbar and select Line to Line, in the elevation select the bottom of the oval and then the floor. This will give you a measurement of the area from the bottom of the half round.
    
6. Select the Rectangular Cut-Out from the catalog and change the height of the cut-out to the height required and move it into place. 

For Design Flex 14.6 or above

1. In the Cloud Browser, select the Decorative (Imperial) catalog. 
    
2. Navigate to Build > Doors > Frames
    
3. Select the option Opening - 2.
    
4. Place it in the drawing as required.
