The following guidelines do not apply to users who rely on a USB Dongle as their license recognition device.
Login Procedure for Subscription or Soft-Key Licenses
First of all, if you are using a subscription license or a soft-key license, your login in the application is performed using your email address.
To access the program, simply enter your credentials (email and password) so the system can properly recognize your license.
Offline Usage and Cache Validity
Once you log in to the application, your credentials are stored in cache for 7 days, during which you may continue using the software offline if your internet connection is lost.
After the 7-day period, your credentials must be renewed, and therefore an internet connection becomes required.
If you log out and then log back in at any moment, this 7-day offline period is reset.
Working Offline
During the time your credentials are stored in cache, you are allowed to work offline, and the following message will be displayed to inform you of this status.
It is important to note that while operating offline, the Cloud Browser will not function.
This system ensures that users with subscription or soft-key licenses can remain productive even during temporary network interruptions, while still maintaining secure and periodic license verification.
